We stock a wide range of standard UK, European and Imperial picture frame sizes, including A1–A6, popular centimetre sizes and classic inch formats. Need something unique? Our Custom Frame Builder lets you order frames made to your exact dimensions.
Yes. Simply use our Custom Frame Builder to enter your exact measurements, choose your preferred material and colour, then receive instant pricing before checkout.
FrameOra currently offers Wooden Frames, Polcore Frames and MDF Frames. Each material is carefully selected to provide an excellent balance of durability, appearance and value.
Choose from twelve premium finishes: Black, Dark Grey, Grey, White, Walnut, Oak, Pine, Mahogany, Rustic, Gold, Silver and Pink.
Orders & Payments
Ordering, Changes & Cancellations
We accept secure online payment methods available during checkout.
If production has not yet started, we’ll do our best to amend your order. Once a custom-made frame enters production, changes may no longer be possible.
Orders may be cancelled before production begins. As custom-made frames are manufactured specifically for your order, cancellations cannot always be accepted after production has started.

Yes. We deliver securely packaged picture frames across the United Kingdom.
Every frame is carefully protected using secure packaging materials to minimise the risk of damage during transit.
Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout and may vary depending on product type and whether your frame is custom-made.
Returns & Refunds
Returns, Damage & Refunds
Standard return eligibility depends on the condition of the product. Custom-made frames generally cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect.
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photographs of the product and photographs of the packaging. Our support team will review your request and provide the appropriate solution.
Approved refunds are returned using your original payment method after the return has been reviewed, where applicable.

Display, Fittings & Suitability
Yes. Most FrameOra frames are designed for both portrait and landscape display.
Yes. Frames include appropriate hanging hardware for easy wall installation.
Absolutely. Our frames are suitable for photographs, certificates, artwork, posters, prints and wall décor.
All FrameOra frames are supplied with shatter-resistant acrylic glazing as standard — not glass. Acrylic is significantly lighter, safer for shipping across the UK and Europe, and far less likely to shatter if dropped, while still maintaining excellent clarity.
